On September 5th, the Kopper law firm and the CCFF had the pleasure of hosting an exceptional Bordeaux Wine Masterclass presented by David Ornon from Vignobles Silvio Dentz and Virginie Desmuyck from La Vintage Company, bringing together wine enthusiasts and professionals for an evening of discovery and networking in Hedman Partners premises in Helsinki.
Our expert David Ornon guided us through the unique characteristics of Château Faugère’s finest wines, sharing insights into their rich history, diverse regions, and exquisite tasting profiles.
Aside of this we had delightful cheese prepared by Fromages.com and French bread offered by Marc Mulard from L’Artisan.
The end of the evening with the pairing of the Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey 1er Grand Cru Classé en 1855 Sauternes and the Roquefort blue cheese was just ... Waouhhh!!!
