Recap of the first meeting of the CCFF HR Committee in Helsinki!

We’re excited to share highlights from the first meeting of the CCFF HR Committee in Helsinki! 

The event brought together HR professionals and leaders to exchange ideas and best practices across Finland and France. 

Three key topics were explored: 

➡️ Regulatory requirements in France and Finland 

➡️ HR processes that support employees' well-being globally (with a business case from Kempower) 

➡️ Leadership’s role in fostering employee well-being in a global environment 

Thank you to all participants for your enthusiasm and insights—it was a truly engaging discussion!  

Special thanks to Hedman Partners Law firm for hosting us in such an inspiring space, where we started the day with a beautiful sunrise.  

We’d also like to extend our gratitude to our co-chairs, Anastasia Lappalainen, Laurent Notin and Thomas Fernandez-Boni, for their excellent collaboration. 

The HR Committee is dedicated to enhancing HR practices and fostering collaboration between Finland and France.
